The Sykesville Family Fun Day Festival “An American Celebration”

held last Saturday, July 18th was a huge success.

Approximately 900 people attended the festival, which includes

Millard Cooper Park kid friendly festival activities and

the Battery Warehouse co-sponsored 1st Annual Sykesville

Family Fun Day Festival Car Show at the Warfield Complex.

This is the ninth year the Parks and Events Committee has

sponsored the festival and this year’s attendance broke

the record by doubling the number of people.
